All jewellery is handcrafted. Slight variations in size, design, or color may occur.
Prices are subject to change based on offers, seasonal promotions, and inventory availability.

Ziwa Jewels reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue products without prior notice.
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion (e.g., for suspicious transactions or stock unavailability).
Once placed and shipped, an order cannot be modified or cancelled.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Ziwa Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
We accept returns/replacements only in the following cases:
The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
A return request is made within 3 Day of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 91739 16810 along with supporting images.
The product is unused, unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact.
Returns will not be accepted if:
The item was used or handled improperly.
The return request is made after 3 Day .
Product embellishments are damaged due to mishandling.
Items were bought under promotions or include free gifts (unless returned together).
The product was customized or made-to-order.
Approved returns will be eligible for a replacement or store credit (valid for 6 months).
Customized items (e.g., name mangalsutra) are made-to-order and are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or incorrect.
All customization details must be provided clearly. Ziwa is not responsible for errors in spelling if the same is provided by the customer.
To ensure long-lasting shine and finish:
Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
Store jewellery in a dry pouch or the original Ziwa box.
Clean with a soft cloth after use.
Ziwa is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or regular wear and tear.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Ziwa Jewellers shall not be held liable for:
Any indirect or incidental damages related to product usage.
