📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

  • Customized items (e.g., personalized mangalsutra) may take additional 2–4 days to produce before shipping.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via WhatsApp or email.

🚀 Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 working days (location-dependent)

  • We ship via trusted courier partners to ensure reliable and timely deliveries across India.

🇮🇳 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently offer Pan-India shipping to all serviceable pin codes.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders

❗Delays & Exceptions

  • In rare cases (e.g., remote locations, courier delays, or weather conditions), delivery may take longer.

  • Ziwa Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If your order is delayed beyond 10 working days, please contact us for resolution.

Once your order is shipped:

  • You can track your shipment in real-time through the courier’s tracking portal
